Storage

When I started designing and making jewelry, I was able to take a quick look through my materials and start to work. Initially I stored my materials in a very large tool box, then moved to small plastic case as my collection started to grow. As my variety of components, metal findings and beads has continued to increase, I have become increasing frustrated by my lack of space and my storage method. I will have a separate workshop in the future, but until then I am considering placing each different stone, bead and component in a small decorative bowl set out on a table, as you often see in beading shops. The selection of beads - gemstone, glass, and organic - and metal charms and findings would be literally at my fingertips.
